The Copenhagen Sausage Garden (CSG) is an outdoor beer garden located in the heart of Solvang.  CSG offers the famous danish Rød Pølse along with 11 family-made sausages from around the world.  We even offer 3 Veggie Sausages!

 

CSG invites you to come experience our family-made salumi featured on our charcuterie plates.  The salumi plates go great with a bottle of wine or a liter of beer while sitting outside next to one of our fire pits.

High Quality Hand-Made Products

Our sausages and salumi are created by our family's business Cured by Visconti's.  

 

At Cured, our team visits local farmers and hand selects the product to ensure the absolute best ingredients are used.  The ingrediants are then processed at our USDA facility to create world class products.  

 

Atmosphere

Our outdoor garden will provide a new dynamic environment featuring fire barrels, large flat-screen TVs, and a music area for live music.  We want to provide a comfortable experience for all ages.  We are pet friendly!

Although we produce our main products, we feature local craft beers and our bread is supplied by The Solvang Bakery.
